Hostages 1940 - 1945

More than 10,000 people were taken hostage during the Second World War. Men, women and children: captured or killed, mostly out of senseless revenge. In the 7th online exhibition 6 resistance actions, and the subsequent reprisals by the Germans, are being told. They reflect on the diversity and the suffering of all hostages.
